Selection Process
The comprehensive selection process ensures that the best candidates are chosen based on merit and ability. The process includes three main stages: Screening Test, Written Assessment, and Interview.
1. Screening Test
Candidates will undergo a screening test assessing basic IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, email, and search engine use. This test will be conducted in QAED IT labs to shortlist candidates for the written assessment.
2. Written Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will take a written test at Divisional Headquarters. This assessment will evaluate communication and management skills, understanding of the education sector, and general attributes. A minimum score of 50% is required to advance to the interview stage.
3. Interview
Qualified candidates will be interviewed by the Departmental Search Committee. During the interview, candidates must present a PowerPoint presentation detailing their past performance and suitability for the position.
