Job Opening: Assistant Administration & Facilities Manager
📍 Location: Lahore Cantt, Pakistan | Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: 95,000 – 100,000 PKR per month
University of South Asia is seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant administration & Facilities Manager to oversee campus administration, facility operations, and security, ensuring efficient management and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of campus services.
- Supervise and support two Admin Officers responsible for budgeting, maintenance, and operational support.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance campus operations and services.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
2. Facilities & Maintenance Oversight:
- Ensure timely repair, maintenance, and upgrades of all campus facilities.
- Monitor and manage all maintenance schedules, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure minimal disruptions.
- Manage inventory and procurement of essential maintenance supplies.
3. Budget & Financial Management:
- Prepare and oversee budgets for administration, maintenance, and facilities.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement and utilization of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and generate financial reports for senior management.
4. Cleanliness & Security Management:
- Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness across the campus.
- Manage campus security operations and liaise with external security service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
5. Event & Logistics Support:
- Manage logistics and operational support for campus events, ensuring proper resource allocation and timely setup.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure readiness for classes and events.
- Oversee classroom arrangements and infrastructure support as per academic needs.
6. Student Experience & Services:
- Ensure that campus facilities meet the needs of students and enhance the overall student experience.
- Respond promptly to student and faculty feedback regarding facilities and services.
- Work with internal departments to improve campus services based on student requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in administration, facilities management, or operations, preferably within an educational institution.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
