Job Summary:
Responsible for overall leadership, administration, and academic excellence of the school. Ensures effective teaching, student development, staff management, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage all academic and administrative activities.
-Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
-Maintain high academic standards and discipline.
-Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
-Oversee admissions, budgeting, and compliance with policies.
-Drive school improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in education or relevant field.
-Minimum 5–7 years of teaching/administrative experience.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
