About the Scholarship:

The CMMS Program is offering fully funded scholarships for Ph.D. studies at the top 50 QS Ranked (subject-wise) universities worldwide. These scholarships cover all expenses, including tuition fees, living allowances, and travel expenses.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the CMMS Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Hold a valid Ph.D. admission offer from one of the current Top 50 QS Ranked (subject-wise) universities in the world, in preferred subject areas, which include Life Sciences & Medicine, Engineering & Technology, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences/Arts & Humanities.
2. Maintain a minimum of 60% marks throughout their academic career.
3. Have a monthly family income (including self, spouse, and parents) equal to or less than Rs. 200,000/-
4. Be under the age of 35 as of April 26, 2024.
5. Not have availed any foreign scholarships in the past.

Application Process:

Here's how you can apply for the CMMS Program:

1. Secure admission in one of the current Top 50 QS Ranked (subject-wise) universities worldwide in the preferred subject areas.
2. Download the scholarship application form from the official website: PEEF CMMS Application Form.
3. Fill out the application form completely and accurately.
4. Send the duly filled application form to the PEEF office within the specified deadline.
5. Please note that selected candidates cannot defer the scholarship offer to the following year.

Important Information:

• Permanent/regular faculty members of public sector teaching/educational institutions in Pakistan are not eligible to apply for the CMMS Program.
• Preference will be given to students with Punjab domicile. However, a special quota is reserved for applicants from other provinces, including AJK, Gilgit Baltistan (GB), and Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).
• Applicants are responsible for obtaining admission to the university and applying for a visa.
• The decision of the CMMS Selection Committee is final. PEEF reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the selection process without providing any reason.
