Sindh Government Announces Public Holiday on February 19 for Lal Shehbaz Qalandar’s Urs

The Government of Sindh has officially declared February 19, 2025 (Wednesday) as a public holiday throughout the province to mark the occasion of the Urs of Lal Shehbaz Qalandar. The notification, issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&CD) on February 14, 2025, applies to all government offices, autonomous and semi-autonomous bodies, corporations, and local councils under Sindh's administrative control, except for essential services.
