- To support the supervisor in collaboration & partnership deeds with national and international organizations.
- To support the supervisor for their events and introductory visits in industry.
- Arranging the Interviews of students for Internship
- To support in the allocation of organizations for the placement & internships of the final year students.
- Arrange the viva for evaluation of Internships.
- Follow-up visits and Feedback from the industrial supervisors of the internship.
- Share job ads with students and to ensure job placements of the students.
- To Support the supervisor in arranging workshops, seminar and training.
- Assist to conduct Job Fair and invite HR Department of different organizations.
- Assist to arrange Industrial Trips.
- Strong command of policy formulation & documentation.
- Keep the database of students.

- Must have a Master/ Bachelor Degree from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 2 years of sound experience in the corporate sector.
- Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including tactfulness, discretion, event organization, teamwork and ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Preference would be given to candidate with similar experience.

Executive Women Center
| Job Description |
|
- To coordinate in Planning and Organizing the activities at Women Center like sports, yoga, intellectual talks, grooming and sprucing sessions for females.
- To monitor the physical facilities provided to the student within the infrastructure.
- To coordinate in the development of the financial plan and the annual calendar of Women Center GIFT University.
- To assist the supervisor in developing the linkages with the National and International Organizations working for women empowerment.
- To coordinate in representing GIFT University on Social forums and in the corporate sector as well for the projection of GIFT University vision about female empowerment and advancement.
- To arrange seminars, activities, competitions & outreach programs of Woman Center GIFT University.
- To support the training and workshops of female entrepreneurship,
- To arrange for soft skills development and to prepare females to confront the challenges of society by providing them exposure to digitalization and technology and to integrate with the community in this regard.
- To address the female student matters and arrange the counselling sessions for them by coordinating with Values and Ethics Committee GIFT University.

Executive Social Integration Program
| Job Description |
|
- To support in planning the activities of the Social Integration Program.
- Coordinate with other department and HODs in semester planning.
- Manage and entertain the queries of students on daily basis.
- To greet and entertain the heads /directors/ high officials/focal persons of government and autonomous organizations.
- To help in placing the students in organizations and monitoring desktop projects.
- Surprise visits at internship places where students are placed.
- Visits and maintain the strong liaison with relevant department and partner organizations of SIP in absence of SIP head.
- Coordinating with students regarding deliverables.
- Help in marking and evaluating the deliverables of the students of the Social Integration Program.
- To support in finalizing and awarding the grades to the students.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and data with an effective filing system.
- Student and other follow up through emails and calls.
- Search and looking for national/international opportunities and collaborations.
- Arrange, manage and host events/programs/sessions e.g. HULT PRIZE etc.
- Managing the society working under SIP (e.g. GIFT Blood Donation Society )
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Strong command of policy formulation & documentation.
- Ability to deal with students and a wide range of people from the industry.
