Bahria University invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of ADHR at Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must be MBA(HRM) or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from HEC recognized University.
EXPERIENCE/SKILL
- Preferably 5 Years of experience in HR management in renowned Public or Private universities of Pakistan. - Experience in maintaining statistical records of employees' pay fixation, digitalization of HR records, Succession, Planning & Employee Performance management will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Proficient in Microsoft Office including HR-related Software and Programs. Having experience of preparing statistical data of employees. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Sound understanding of HEC and other accreditation bodies' policies on Faculty HR. Ability to work extended hours and Effective Team member. Monitoring of Officers, Faculty, and Staff Records of all BU Campuses and HO. Data updating of employees in BU online records. Assist in dealing of advertisement, induction, synopsis, offer letters, Faulty orientation, and exit interview of employees.
