Minimum Education: Masters in Education from a reputable institution or foreign degree plus formal training diploma
Minimum Experience: 8-10 Years of experience in developing and managing training programs at the regional level preferably in-education sector.

Job Responsibilities:
* Should follow and abide by the TCS policy, vision, and mission statement, none of the projects executed should contradict TCS policies, vision, and mission statement.

* Working in collaboration with all departments to endorse the functional frameworks within the system, related to training and development.

* Should be able to make pre feasibilities of all the training events, the manager intends to execute throughout the academic sessions

* Liaising with external bodies to outsource and procure training programs i.e British Council and CAIE

* Developing professional development frameworks for internal training programs in collaboration with Head Office and other regions.

* Keeping an updated record of all the teachers enrolled in the system their need analysis, branch and region-wise, corrective measures in close collaboration with the HR department.

* Keeping a record of Service Agreement Bonds for timely deductions and auditing purposes in collaboration with HR and Finance Department.

* Developing a pool of master trainers category-wise to fulfill the needs of the day-to-day requirements.

* Organize and manage training courses and programs (inhouse and international) to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards

* Develop training and development strategies and solutions to meet long and short-term business and academic needs

* Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization; developing effective induction programs; producing training materials for in-house courses;
