Job Responsibilities:
1. Stay updated on Do's & Don'ts of international etiquette, such as how to properly receive and address visitors according to their ranks and positions.
2. Facilitate the travel of staff members on official business.
3. Act as a communication contact point between the foreign destination and TCS.
4. Be heedful to receive company visitors outside the organization.
5. Obtain background information and escort any visitors to the concerned offices from help desk.
6. Any other tasks must also be complied with as desired by the management or her own department.
