Manager Centre for Training Professional Excellence

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Entrepreneurship, Project Management or Engineering from an HEC recognized University/Institute.

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience

The purpose of this px3sition is to assess training and development needs of companies in different industries, arrange appropriate training programs, facilitate the programs, and monitor the trainings for effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine training needs a. requirements of companies in different industries by meeting with relevant stakeholders or by administering surveys.

• Oversee training programs including web-based seminars, print. Manuals, group session, training video, and more.

• Review existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance.

• Modify or create course materials a. training manuals to meet specific training needs.

• Present in-person and online training, session or hires qualified personnel to do so.

• Schedule training session, organize information technology and other .ailment, and manager course enrolment.

• Monitor training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary.

 • Work with industry to identify learning gaps or new educational needs rewarding specific industry/sector employees.

• Manage cos. for all programs, production, and publications in order to report to organization executives regarding a return on investment.

• Maintain understanding of new. training techniques a. methods.
