Bahria University invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of Assistant Director Plans & Land Acquisition at Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad
QUALIFICATION
- Must be MBA/MS(PM)/Civil Engineer or equivalent.
- Having minimum 3-year experience in Procurement of public / private lands. - Computer skills in PM Tools and MS Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Processing cases of civil works. Experience in Liaising with Civil departments i.e CDA, Municipal Corporations and revenue Offices. Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (Bogs) and Engineering Estimates in line with PEC guidelines. Experience in preparing/processing of tender documents as per PPRA rules. Knowhow of utilization of funds as per approved Financial Plan & processing of concerned cases. Attention to detail and Good communication skills. Supervisory and management experience.
