Customer Service Representative
Qualifications Master’s Degree in education/business.
Location Lahore.
Experience 2-3 years as customer service representative (candidates having teaching background will be preferred).
Key Accountabilities
•Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
•De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support. 'Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client's feel supported and valued. 'Clear understanding of the admission process & campuses details. 'Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
