Personal Assistant to Dean of Academics EDUCATION: Bachelors (preferably in Information Systems) EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years SKILLS: MS Suite, Proficient in English Language, Tech Savvy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls ■ Managing & organizing meetings & appointments ■ Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation ■ Organizing events & conferences ■ Typing, compiling & preparing reports, presentations & correspondence ■ Taking notes & writing minutes during meetings • Managing databases & filing systems • Liaising with staff & stakeholder LOCATION: Plot no . 68, Sector H-11/4 Islamabad
