1. Assistant Professor (BPS-19) (Female Only) (English, Urdu, Economics, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Physics, Computer Science, Biochemistry) (01 Position for each subject) Ph.D. inrelevantfieldwithno 3rdDivisionin Academic career.
2. , Junior Clerk (BPS-11) Number of Post 02. (01 Open & 01 for Minority) Intermediate in at least 2nd Division or equivalent qualification with a speed of40 words perminute intyping and adequate computer literacy. Age Limit: 18-30 years
3. Library Assistant (BPS-11) (Female Only) (01 Post) Master of Library & Information Sciences in at least 2nd division from a recognized University. OR Bachelor of Library & Information Sciences in at least 2nd division from a recognizedUniversitywith at least 3 yearsirelevant experience. OR Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institute/ University with 5 years'relevant experience. Age Limit: 18-45 years 4. Telephone Operator (BPS-07) (Post 01) Matriculate with at least 2nd division with 3 years' experience as Telephone Operator. Age Limit: 18-45 years
5. Resident Dispenser (BPS-07) (Female Only) (01 Post) Matric in Science with at least 2nd division with Dispenser Certificate and 3 years'experience intherelevant field. Age Limit: 18-45 years
6. I Lab Assistant for Computer Lab (BPS-07) (01 Posts) F. Sc in Computer Science with at least 2nd Division Age Limit: 18-45 years Preference willbe given to females
7. Lab Assistant for Science Lab (BPS-07) (Female Only) (01 Posts) F. Sc inPre-Medicalwith at least 2ndDivision Age Limit: 18-45 years
8. Library Attendant (BPS-03) (01 Post) Matric in at least 2nd division with 2 years' experience in therelevant field. Age Limit: 18-45 years
9. , Hostel Bearer (BPS-02) (Female Only) (01 Post) Matric OR Literate with 05 years' satisfactoryservice in relevant field. Preference will be given to those who have cooking experience Age Limit: 18-45
10. Security Guard (BPS-02) (01 Posts) Matric ORLiterate with 05 years' satisfactoryservice in relevant field. Preference willbe givento the retired fromarmed offices Age Limit: 18-45 years 11. _ Sweeper (BPS-02) (Minority) (01 Posts) PreferablyLiteratewith 02 years' experience in relevant field. Age Limit: 18-30 years
Instructions: For each ofthe above positions, application form along with a copy of CNIC, recent passport size photograph, attested copies ofEducational Testimonial(s), Domicile, Experience Certificate(s) and bank receipt; (Account No. 15702-00-2, Titled: Vice Chancellor Women University Mardan; The Bank of Khyber, Chamber House Branch, Mardan; Branch Code: 0007) of Rs. 3000/- (for serial 01), Rs. 500/- (for serial 2-7) and Rs. 250 (for serial 8-11) should reach the Registrar Office, Women University Mardan, East Canal Road, Mardan on or before 08.11.2021. • In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate(s) from departmentalization/Institution along with the application form. • Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained. Any evaluation shall be based on the informationwritten in the application form supportedbydocumentedproof(attached with application form) till the last date of advertisement. The supporting documents related to educational/professional qualification and experience etc. submitted/issued after last date of advertisement, i.e. during interview shall not be entertained/ considered. • Candidates are requiredto make correct and onlyrelevant entries (qualification and experience) onthebasis oftheir own claim/ behalf. Irrelevant and wrong entries in application can make the candidate not eligible for the post he/she applied. • Candidates applying for Serial No: 02-07 holding domicile certificate of Mardan division while candidates applying on Serial No: 08-11 holding domicile certificate of Mardan district are eligible. Terms and Conditions: 1. All the above positions shall be on contract basis extendable subj ect to good performance. 2. Less than 3.0/4.0 CGPA will be considered as second division. Moreover, less than 2.0/4.0 CGPA will be considered as third division. 3. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold or not to fill any advertised post depending upon its need. 4. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Candidate must produce EEC verified degrees interviewer. 5. Candidate must calculate their mark, Not CGPA in respective column of application form. In case of transcript wherein marks are not mentioned, the Candidate has to provide mark equivalence certificate issued from concerned issuing authority. 6. Ha married female candidate applying for any post shall acquire the domicile of her husband. If otherwise, she retains herown domicile she must informtheuniversity inwriting attachedwith application form. 7. Applicants applying for more than one post shall submit separate application with necessary documents, complete in allrespect. 8. Mobile Number provided in the application form must not be MNP (Mobile Number Portability). University will update the status through website/SMS. 9. Universitywill not be held responsible for non or late delivery of Call Letters/SMS for test or interview. Candidates are advisedto visitthe universityofficialwebsite regularly. 10. On detailed scrutiny ofthe applications after screening test/written examination, ifany candidate is found ineligible in any respect under general recruitment rules, his/her candidature will be cancelled regardless of the fact whether he/she qualified test therein. To avoid any confusion, the candidates are required to study the eligibility criteria of the post applied and term and conditions of advertisement before applying the post that they are fulfilling the required qualifications & other related eligibility criteria. 11. Minorities are encouraged to apply. 12. No TAJDA will be paid for test/interview. Note: Errors of omission and Commission, if any, are liable to rectification.
