JOB DESCRIPTION
• Providing information to the students and their parents about GIFT University, its admission process, trends, and test format for merit requirements.
• Collaborating with parents/guardians throughout the year to assist students with educational and career planning.
• Representing the university and the departments at public relations events, such as educational exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and such similar forums.
• Arranging intake tests and interviews for students.
• Keeping track of admission decisions and sending daily reports via email to concerned authorities.
• Handling telephonic queries, comprehensively responding to them, and converting the appropriate walk-in queries into admissions proactively.
• Entering all the walk-in, telephonic, and digital consultations (online applications/emails/queries) in the educational software daily.
• Interacting with all of the faculty members and discussing admission related issues/problems with HODs.
• Handling all the activities of issuing a prospectus, form submission, and follow-up calls during the admission campaign.
• Maintaining liaison with the Student Affairs Department and co-operating with them regarding admission material.
JOB CRITERIA
• Must have Bachelor/Master's degree from HEC recognized University
• 1-2 years of relevant experience. Preference would be given to similar experience in a reputable university
• Excellent interpersonal skills including tactfulness, discretion, teamwork and ethics.
• Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
• Competent in the latest IT skills to perform tasks remotely.
• Proficiency in MS Office (in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
