The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi seeks applications from dynamic and result oriented individuals for the position of Medical Officer.
Responsibilities
- Provide initial medical treatment to the student, staff and faculty.
- Prescribe medicines or lab investigations in line with international medical practices and Pakistan Medical Commission.
- Counselling of the patient.
- Referring to the respective hospital/healthcare provider based on investigations.
- Recordkeeping of all attended patients as per the guidance of the department head.
- Generate ideas for awareness on promoting a safe and healthy environment at the institute.
- Assist the HR health desk for medical billing & pre-employment medical test purposes.
- Assist HR for execution of workplace wellness programs. Requirements
- M.B.B.S. with at least one year of house-job at a hospital.
