1. Candidates having degrees from HEC recognized National/ International Universities are eligible to apply.
2. Ph.D candidates preferably HEC approved Supervisor.
3. MS/ M.Phil candidates preferably with 04 years' experience.
4. PEC registration is required for Engineering Disciplines.
