We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Officer in the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our academic programs and services, enhancing student learning experiences, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance and enhancement processes.
* Conduct internal audits and evaluations of academic programs and administrative functions.
* Collect, analyze, and report data related to academic quality and performance.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions on quality assurance practices for faculty and staff.
* Collaborate with academic departments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
* Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, academic administration, or a related area.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards is a plus.
