Position Title: Digital Marketing Lecturer
Location: Lahore Cantt
Role Overview: 🌟
The Digital Marketing Lecturer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive digital marketing courses. The lecturer will play a key role in helping students and professionals develop the skills necessary to excel in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Development: Design, update, and enhance course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, aligned with industry best practices.
Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive classes, both online and in-person, that cater to diverse learning styles and ensure the achievement of learning objectives.
Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to students, helping them with career advice, portfolio development, and job placement strategies.
Stay Updated: Continuously update course content to reflect the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Collaboration: Work closely with other lecturers and the curriculum development team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive program offerings.
Industry Engagement: Build relationships with industry professionals to bring real-world insights and opportunities into the classroom.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance, and participate in faculty meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
