Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced female Tarbiyah officer to join our Tarbiyah Department at Riphah International University, Faisalabad. The successful candidate will promote Islamic values, character building, and spiritual growth among students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Tarbiyah programs, workshops, and activities.
- Conduct counseling sessions and mentorship programs for students.
- Organize Islamic events, seminars, and lectures.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate Tarbiyah into the academic curriculum.
- Provide guidance on Islamic values, ethics, and moral principles.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive university environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Master's degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in Tarbiyah, teaching, or counseling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Islamic principles and values.
- Ability to work with diverse groups.
