Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Montessori Directress (Teacher) at Cornerstone School & College in Lahore. The Montessori Directress will be responsible for implementing the Montessori method, developing engaging curriculum, providing educational leadership, offering training and coaching to students, and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in implementing the Montessori method & lesson planning
Strong coaching skills to support student development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
A certificate in Early Childhood Education & Montessori Certification
