Front Desk Officer
Location: PECHS, Nazimabad & Multan
- Great and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer phone calls and provide general information.
- Manage inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
2. Graphic Designer
Location: PECHS
- Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners).
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and software.
- Proficiency required in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. -
3. Campus Administration
Location: Karachi Campus
- Oversee campus operations and ensure compliance with Denning's ethical standards and regulatory requirements across campus areas, including parking facilities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
- Provide administrative support to staff and departments.
- Supervise petty cash transactions in accordance with Denning policies.
- Coordinate maintenance and contractors.
- Manage events and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Masters/ Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- 2 - 5 experience in relevant field of educational industry
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
