Position: Accounts Officer
Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is looking for a bright and energetic resource for the role of Accounts Officer for its Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, and process transactions in the ERP system.
-Assist with payroll processing, reimbursements, and deductions.
-Process vendor payments, and purchase orders, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
-Support budget preparation, and financial forecasting, and generate regular financial reports.
-Ensure adherence to tax regulations, including withholding tax submission.
-Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CA part-qualified preferred).
-2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution.
-Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Knowledge of taxation and compliance requirements.
-Excellent communication and attention to detail.
A market-competitive salary with commensurate benefits shall be offered. Commute service on designated routes is available.
