Key Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective students in understanding academic programs, admissions requirements, and career pathways.
- Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents regarding the admissions process.
- Evaluate applications and ensure completeness before submission.
- Conduct campus tours and information sessions to promote the university.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up on enquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to attract potential students.
- Represent the university at education fairs, school visits, and community events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in student admissions, counseling, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Passion for education and student success.
