Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day campus operations on behalf of the Campus Head
- Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process
- Coordinate campus visits, events, and student onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate student records and handle admissions-related documentation
- Plan and conduct info sessions and outreach activities
- Support students with basic career guidance, CVs, and interview prep
- Track admissions inquiries, student progress, and compile reports
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth campus functioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Education, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in admissions, campus administration, student counselor or student affairs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact with students and families professionally
