Iqra University (H-9) Campus, Islamabad, is looking to fill in the following role.
Position: Head of Marketing and Admissions.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Create marketing strategies aligned with university goals, conduct market research, and set targets to outperform competitors.
* Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage online presence, and create promotional materials
* Admissions Process Management: Create brand new innovative strategies and oversee the admission process to attract students.
* Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor different teams. Foster a collaborative environment and conduct regular training sessions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with educational institutions. Represent the university at events and collaborate with academic departments.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing activities and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of trends.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience in managerial role.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Compensation: Market Competitive.
