ASSISTANT DIRECTOR BRAND MANAGEMENT
 Bahria University invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Assistant Director Brand Management (Reporting to Director Marketing)
QUALIFICATION
- Preferably 18 Years of education from a HEC-recognized university- Degree with majors in Marketing/Equivalent only
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in brand management/operations in industry, corporate or academic sector, as team lead - Capable of implementing creative brand management techniques and concepts to enhance the brand profile - Excellent team management skills, communication skills and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and vendors
JOB DESCRIPTION
Leading & Supervising a team of Content Writer & Publications Officer and a Graphic Designing Officer Developing, implementing and executing an all-inclusive brand management strategy through proper market research that results in improved brand image, brand recognition, brand loyalty and overall enhanced visibility for BU Organizing, designing and developing tools & systems, including marketing content for advertising, promotions and communication across all marketing communication platforms Preparing brand strategy & document, including Brand Manual, associated calendar along with budgets Effective Vendors management in best interest of the varsity Developing content for & producing BU marketing collaterals, magazines, newsletters, publications, promotional items, brochures, BU Profile & Presentations etc. for BUHO, Directorates and CUs/Schools and ensuring content standardization for BU Digital Platforms (including website), in addition to other miscellaneous BU branding activities Ensuring consistency of all advertising, promotions and communication across platforms Brand Advertising Execution which requires constantly evolving launch procedures to ensure faster go to market, with effective cross media integrated media communication executions across all internal and external touch points Responsible for Budget and KPI management that requires Strong focus on all relevant costs and advertising measurement KPIs to ensure maximum effectiveness and strong results. These include but are not limited to Cross media buying and planning, production costs Responsible for overseeing and instituting the overall image of the University, by conducting thorough Market Research, and coming up with a Marketing Strategy that ensures the brand image resonates with the target audience

Bahria University (Head Office Islamabad) invites applications for the position of DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER at DIRECTORATE OF MARKETING

QUALIFICATION
- Min 16 years of Education from a HEC-recognized University - Degree with Majors in Marketing or Equivalent only
SPECIALIZATION
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing in the same or similar role in a reputable organization (corporate/industry/academia)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under supervision of the Director Marketing, this position is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as short-term online advertising techniques for Bahira University. - Plan and execute all digital marketing plans, by using both online and offline digital means/channels, to reach out to the target audience of the university - Online Digital Channels - Social Media Marketing, SEM/Search Engine Marketing (includes SE0 and Pay per click advertising), mobile marketing, email marketing, online banner advertising, video marketing, blogging and website marketing - Offline Digital Channels- Television, Radio, SMS, Digital Billboards (indoor and outdoor) - Design, build and maintain a strong digital media presence of the varsity through optimal utilization of relevant/appropriate digital means & channels - Manage the structure and content of all official digital platforms of the university (i.e. rationalize, optimize, and oversee). Develop process to ensure content is topical, relevant, and up-to-date, enabling platform visitors a feeling of personalized engagement with the digital platform and its content - Develop the Digital Media Policy & Strategic Plan for the university - Measure/evaluate and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (P01 and Objectives) - Identify trends, emerging opportunities with insight, optimized spending and performance based on the insights - Collaborate/work with agencies/other vendor partners for online & offline platforms, on need basis
NOTE: Pakistani National with age 25-35 years are encouraged to apply Merit based selection Sound knowledge and hands-on experience of all above mentioned digital platforms. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement Expertise & experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that inform and engage.
