1. Manager Student Affairs

1. Masters in HR/Social Sciences From HEC recognized university
2. 5-8 Year experience of admin & management at a reputable organization
3. Candidates having experience in Students Affairs at a Medical College will be preferred Experience and Knowledge of HEC in general and of other colleges in particular  Arrange / coord / conduct inbound visit
4. Record keeping of documents
5. Closely monitor the expenses on mega events
6. Accompanying Club / Societies outbound visits
7. Proficiency in MS Office
8. Proficient in English language
9. Good interpersonal and communication Skills 30-40 Years

 2' Manager

IT Masters in Computer Sciences (MCS) From HEC recognized university

1. Graduates of well reputed universities will be preferred
2. 5-8 Year experience in Project management, Access Network, FLM Services (Telco/Non Telco) of GSM Operator
3. Candidates having experience in IT at a Medical College will be preferred
4. Maintain I.T Strategies by managing staff, researching and implementation technology Strategies Solution
5. Expert in Photoshop and other modern applications
6. CCNA, CCSP, MCSE, Wireless Network, Windows Server, exchange server, ISA server and experience of handling network of min 40 workstations.
7. Proficient in English language 30-40 Years

3. Librarian

1. 1. Masters in Library and Information Sciences (MILS)
2. Experience of 1-2 years in a well known Library
3. Candidates having experience in Library at a Medical College will be preferred
4. Excellent in managing on-line resources, on-line Journals, books and electronic databases. Must have knowledge of MS Excel and word

 Proficient in English language.

Good interpersonal and communication Skills 30-40 Years
