University of Balochistan is a Public Sector University established in 1970. The University of Balochistan seeks the services of Competent & Dynamic candidates possessing the requirements / qualification against the following Non-Teaching Vacant Positions:
01 Controller (Examination) 20 55 At least 2nd class Master's Degree from HEC recognized University or degree awarding institution with 17 years Teaching / Administrative experience at BPS-17 or above in Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Organization OR M.PbiI Witt 12 years' experience including 04 years Post M.Phil experience in BPS-17 or above iu Government I Semi Government /Autonomous Organization OR Ph.D with 10 years' experience including 02 years Post Ph.D experience in BPS.I7 and above. The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 03 years.
02 Chief Librarian 20 55 Ph.D degree in Library & Information Science from any HEC recognized University with Thirteen (13) years' experience in the relevant field. or Master's Degree iur Library & Information Sciences from any DEC recognized University with Seventeen (17) years' experience in the relevant field.
03 Executive Medical Officer 20 In In The candidate must be a qualified Medical Doctor with surgical skills and at least 15 years' clinical experience, with a valid Medical registration license. He / She must have had at least 5 years' demonstrated experience in working in health institutions and health program in Health; previous experience in clinical practice and OR experience working in faith-based hospital(s) or Ministries; as well as demonstrated skill in hospital staff supervision, Coaching and Training
04 Director Legal Affairs IC) 50 LL.M with at least 10 years' experience hi Judicial or Legal appointments in Govenuuent/ Semi Govt. Organization OR good practicing Advocate with at least 10 years' experience of High Court.
05 Additional Chief Librarian 19 50 MS / M.Phil in library and information Science or Information Management or equivalent qualification from an institute or a University recognized by the MC; and 12 years' post qualification relevant experience. OR M.A/ MSc or BS (2nd Division) in Library, and Information Science or Information Management or equivalent qualification from any institute or a University recognized by the EEC; and 15 years' post qualification relevant experience
06 Additional Registrar (Academics) I 9 50 MS / M.Phil in any discipline with 12 years Post Master's Teaching / Administrative / Professional Experience. OR Master's Degree (2nd Division) with 15 years post qualification Teaching / Administrative / Professional Experience.
07 Additional Registrar (Services) 19 50 M.S / M.Phil in any discipline with 12 years Post Master's Teaching / Administrative/Professional Experience. OR Master's Degree (2nd Division) with 15 years post qualification Teaching / Administrative / Professional Experience.
Chief Security Officer I9 60 2nd Class Master's degree from any HEC recognized University. Must be retired Lt. Col. 1 Major / SP with sound physique. Preferably with Intelligence and security experience. "The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 03 years (extendable)
09 Additional Controller(Examination) 19 _ )0 M.S /MPhil in any discipline with 12 years Post Master's Teaching / Administrative / Professional Experience. OR Master's Degree (2nd Division) with 15 years post qualification Teaching / Administrative / Professional Experience. At least 03 years' experience to handle examination affairs in a reputable institution. Preference shall be given to those candidates who have higher academic qualifications and relevant experience of serving against BPS-17/18 for at least 04 years.
(10 ) Director Material Management I 9 50 MBA/MPAIACCA/ACMA/M.Com/ Master in Economics (2nd Division) with 15 years administrative service in BPS-17 & above in Govt/Semi Govt or Institute of Higher Education
11 Additional Treasurer 19 50 M.S I M.Phil in Finance / Commerce 1 Accounting / Auditing / Economics or equivalent qualification from any institution or University recognized by HEC; and 10 years post qualification experience in relevant field. OR MBA in finance or M.Com or ACCA or ACMA or M.Sc in Economics (2nd Division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by HEC; and 12 years post qualification relevant experience.
12 Deputy Director QAAD I 8 45 M.S / M.Phil with 2 years Research experience in Government / Semi Government Institute. Preference will be given to Candidate with Higher Qualification.
13 Deputy Registrar I S 45 M.S I M.Phil in any discipline with 8 years Post Qualification Teaching / administrative / Professional Experience OR M.A / M.Sc / Bs (2nd Division) in any discipline with 10 years post qualification Teaching / Administrative / Professional Experience
14 Director Sports 18 45 Master (2nd Division) in Physical Education/ Sports Sciences from HCE recognized University / Institute with 10 years Sports related experience
15 Deputy Chief Security Officer 18 45 2nd Class Master's degree from any HEC recognized University. Must be retired Army Officer / DSP Police with sound physique. Preferably with Intelligence and security experience. The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 02 years (extendable)
16 Deputy Director (ORIC) 18 45 M.S / M.Phil with 4 years Research experience in Government / Semi Govenunent Institute. Preference will be given to Candidate with Higher Qualification.
17 Medical Officer (Male) IS 45 MBBS (1st Division) from a University recognized by BBC, and registered with Pakistan Medical Commission; and 02 years House job experience (Preferably in Paeds / Medicine).
18 Medical Officer (Female) I S 45 MBBS (1st Division) from a University recognized by HEC, and registered with Pakistan Medical Commission; and 02 years House job experience (Preferably in Gyne). 19 Assistant Engineer (Civil) 17 35 B.ECivi1/13.Tec having site management experience in infrastmcture and building works.
20 Assistant Engineer (Electrical) 17 35 BE Electrical/B. Tee having site management experience (Electrical) in infrastructure and building works.
21 Accounts Officer 17 15 Master (2nd Division) in M.Com/MBA Finance I ACCA I ACMA from HEC recognized University / Institute with 4 years relevant experience.
22 Pharmacist (Medical Center) 17 35 Phanu D (2nd Division) from DEC recognized University/Mistime with 1 year House Job experience.
23 Data Administrator 35 B.S Computer Science / LT/ MCS with 3 years' practicallprofessional experience of working in Govt/Semi Govt or Autonomous Organization, preferably in Higher Education Institute. Hands on experience on Data Base Management, Query Development and Data Work. In-house developed information system will by highly preferred.
24 Assistant Director QAAD I -, 35 M.S / M.Phil with 2 years Research experience in the field of policy making, capacity building for higher education Government / Semi Government Institute Preference will be given to Candidate with Higher Qualification.
25 Assistant Director Legal Affair \ I 7 35 LLM (2nd division) with 1 year practicing experience. OR LLB (2nd Division) with 2 years practicing experience
26 Classifier 16 35 Master in Library & Information Sciences from DEC recognized University/ Institute. OR Diploma in Library & Information Sciences from HEC recognized University/ Institute with 03 years' experience in the relevant field.

Must have at least 02 years Professional Experience of working hi Government/ Semi Government or Higher Education Institute Must have hands-on experience: on troubleshooting, Local Area Network (LAN), Computer Installation, Will etc.
32 Assistant Matron (Female) (17 35 Matric (2nd Division) Preference will be given to candidate having experience in the management of girls hostell students related affairs
