RESEARCH ASSOCIATE ASSOCIATE
A Research Associate is required for an IBA Karachi-funded research project titled, 'SME Internationalization,' who will be responsible for data collection and data analysis. This will be a home-based position with occasional visits to the IBA Karachi campuses.
The candidate must have a research-focused MSc degree in Business, Management, or Economics from a recognized institute. MPhil and a proven record of interest in the field of SME internationalization or a relevant field of research will be preferred.
The incumbent must be ready to work in a supervisory role, efficient at planning and organizing work, while meeting tight deadlines. People skills with strong connections in the industry and Chambers of Commerce are mandatory for this position.
This position also requires a strong command over IT tools for planning, organizing & delegating data collection and quantitative/qualitative analysis tools.
The candidate with a record of published researches in peer reviewed journals would be preferred.
Last date for submitting the application is August 10, 2021 at 11.59 pm. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The advertised position is for six months only but depending upon the performance of the candidate, it may lead to placement in other projects.
