The Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PA, IASI') is a Public Sector Higher Education Institution established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa "Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, Haripur Act 2019".
The newly established Institute has taken leaps in introducing international quality education in science and technology to cater to the national and international market demand. In line with its vision of delivering the highest quality education, PAF-IAST has established an international standard school on its campus. Therefore, PAF-IAST invites all interested. Qualified, and dynamic educational leaders for the post of the Principal of the school.
The Candidate must have a I. Class master's degree in any discipline. Higher qualification will however be given preference. The candidate must possess the following School experience: o Minimum ten years of relevant experience in academics and /or administration with a proven leadership record of Experience of managing teams, strategic planning, and crisis management. o Working experience with diverse schooling and educational systems. o Stakeholder management, market adaptability, and international experience are highly valued. o Excellent communication skills, flawless writing, and editing.
Manage Administrative, academics, and financial operations at the school level. o Develop governance structure, strategic plan, and performance evaluation systems for the school. o Develop mechanisms for recruitment and retentions of best-in-market faculty and administrative staff for the school o Develop a plan for e-learning and distance learning systems for the school and its student body. o Accomplish school affiliation with local and international standard boards. Ensure timely new initiatives for the school education system considering global changes and demands. o Coordinate, establish and maintain high-quality and timely communication and coordination with students, parents, the general public, and the media. 0 Work with relevant government departments to ensure smooth operations of school activities.
Market-based Salary package (Negotiable) Mang, Haripur Two years (Extendable on satisfactory performance.) General Terms & Conditions of Appointment I. A person who is dismissed from service or convicted through any Court of Law is not eligible to apply for above mentioned position.

3. The applicants will deposit online fee of Rs. I,000/- against Account No. 2330-3164019975 (for nationals) and IBAN account N. PK76NBPA2330003164019975 (for international applicants)". The title of both IBAN account is "Misc. Receipts Account of PAF-IAST. The applicants are required to submit the deposit receipt with the application form. No application shall be accepted if the copy of deposit receipt is not found attached or the same is not verified from the bank. Original bank draft/pay orders attached with the application shall also be accepted.
4. All applications must reach the office of the Director Establishment, Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, Khanpur Road, Mang, Haripur, latest by Tuesday 24th August 2021. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
5. In addition, soft copies of the duly filled and signed APPLICATION FORM and latest CV, must also be submitted at hrepatiastedu.pk by the given deadline.
6. Incomplete applications and applications received after due date will not be considered.
7. Those applicants applying from abroad need not send hard copies, however, they will attach all relevant documents with the online application form.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Demos/interviews.
9. No TA/DA will be paid during the selection process.
