The University of Management is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Functional AX Consultant (Manager Level). To be responsible for implementing and providing Microsoft Dynamics AX Functional Support, Process Mapping. Provide Solutions on Complex Business processes in ERP.
Job Description:
· Collection & Analysis of client business processes, Documentation, Mapping the requirements and proposing suitable changes in line with the product.
· Create the “Functional requirement Document” based on the requirements /document/report / daily activities collected from the client.
· Provide solution overview training to business users explaining Dynamics AX functionality across various modules and processes.
· Drafting the initial versions of Requirement documents including FRD, SDD, FDD.
· Proposing necessary changes in customer’s business process to go with product functionality & configuring the product to suit the requirements as per FRD.
· Designing Master data templates and reconciliations for data migration.
· Providing post-implementation and ongoing production support with gap analysis.
· Delivering high-quality business and software application services to resellers and end-users
· Work with internal and external teams to configure Dynamics AX 2012 R3 to meet project requirements
· Independently lead the implementation of the following processes, including Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Training:
- Finance (Order to cash & procure to pay)
- Product Information Management
- Production Order processing (discrete and process manufacturing),
- Quality Management o MRP o Inventory/Warehouse Management
· Be able to work with the technical team to define and test customizations
· End user manual and user training are also expected from Functional Consultants.
Education:
1. ACCA / MBA Finance / BS: Accounting, Finance or Computer Science
2. PMP, Project Management is added advantage
Candidate Must Have:
· Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience
· Strong Grip on Microsoft Dynamics AX
· Troubleshooting skills on Dynamics
· Project Management
· Client Management
