RESPONSIBILITIES The Strategy & Creative Manager will conceptualize & design innovative communication solutions to connect the target audience with the brand by telling engaging stories and content for all portfolios. They will devise strategy and execution plan for various Launch campaigns. Events and PR campaigns.

The incumbent will work closely with the design. Content. PR teams to deliver engaging campaign ideas. Lead the creative team for ideation. Concept development. Copy writing. Story boarding. Scripting. Pre and post production. Motion graphics. Animation. Interactive web integration for AIL. BTL and digital communication.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR DIGITAL MEDIA & TECHNICAL LEAD MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

CRITERIA the incumbent should be a have a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university. With 4 - 6 years of work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop effective performance strategy & execute all digital campaigns. - Planning. Setting up rolling out and optimization of Ads campaigns. - Create. Track. Report. analyze and optimize campaigns in order to reach high-quality objectives. - Perform ongoing optimizations on keywords. Ads. Placements. Bids, budgets. - Create weekly and monthly reports for internal tracking. - Recommend improvements for landing pages and creative. - Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics and make monthly reports. - Identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI on campaigns. - Integration of Google Analytics. Facebook pixels etc.. and resolve all technical issues in coordination with website maintenance teams in a timely manner. - Develop comprehensive SEO strategy for improving website visibility in search engines including both off-page and on-page SEO. Set monthly objectives and monitor performance. - Work on the enhancement of Ul/UX design and development of website.
