REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (SHORT TERMS INDIVIDUAL HRIS / IT CONSULTANT)

Application Submission Deadline: 27th August, 2021 Applications are invited from suitable candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria (purely contractual basis) at Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority, Government of Sindh.

QUALIFICATION: At least Masters in Information Technology / Computer Science / Human Resource or relevant field.

CERTIFICATION / SKILLS: Technical point of contact for HRIS development and implementation. Works as an expert / consultant to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes and analyzing dataflows for process improvement opportunities by identifying the departmental needs.

 EXPERIENCE: At least 05 years’ experience in relevant field.

1. General Requirements: Position requires proficiency in English and Urdu languages, excellent communication skills, and may require field visits as per necessity. Ideal candidates must have the ability to perform under pressure and meet the deadlines.
2. Responsibilities: Successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of technical assistance, and a lead role in restructuring the Authority respective unit in coordination with other team members. All other specific tasks are detailed in the assignments TORs which can be accessed via WWW.STEVTA.GOS_PK
3. Duration: Proposed duration for the assignment is six (06) months. Extendable further subject to satisfactory performance and or Authority requirements. The Authority may end the contractual appointment with one-month prior notice or one month's salary on account of the unsatisfactory performance of the candidate at any stage.
4. Selection Criteria: Selection is purely based on the qualification, experience, and skills of the candidates followed by an interview as per individual consultant selection per SPPRA Rules, 2010.
5. Remuneration: The successful candidate will be offered market-based fixed monthly remuneration.
