Assistant. HR Manager HR Department
• Master's Degree in Human Resources from HEC recognized University • At least 3 years' relevant experience • Excellent Inter personal and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality
The position of Assistant Manager HR is a generalist role, responsible for seamless execution of HR policies and procedures. He/she will be supporting the HR operations and organization development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the talent acquisition and induction process, including development of on boarding plans to enhance employee experience.
Assist in development, execution and analysis of appropriate HR surveys.
Support in employee engagement a. culture building initiatives.
Develop dashboard in dictators and monthly reports to monitor progress in HR operations.
Remain abreast with the laws and regulations of the relevant regulatory bodies.
