QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum16 year of education in Business Administration or Equivalent from HEC recognized University
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience • To ensure proper execution of Career Manual in all campuses • Assist campuses to develop Connections with the Human Resource/Talent Acquisition departments • Making efforts to build connections with industry to hire BU Graduate • Assist Campuses to organize Job Expo/Career Expos, On & Off campuses Recruitment Drives to ensure maximum exposure of students with relevant industry. • Ensuring offering of grooming sessions to be arranged by campuses for their graduating batches.
