Pro-Rector / Director / Project Director
National College of Business Administration & Economics Lahore is chartered Degree Awarding Institute by Govt. of Punjab and recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. NCBA&E requires qualified and experienced Management on contractual appointments in its Multan, Bahawalpur & Rahim Yar Khan Sub Campuses. Applications are invited for the following Posts on Contract basis in HEC Recognized Sub Campuses of NCBA&E in Multan, Bahawalpur & Rahim Yar Khan.
1. Pro-Rector
a. PhD from an NEC recognized University.
b. Teaching experience of 10 years or more.
c. Minimum 8 years’ experience of progressive academic management, knowledge management, public management, policy making, academic planning and HRM.
d. Minimum 5 research publications in HEC recognized journals.
e. Must have knowledge of HEC & PHEC Policies of academics, HR, Quality Assurance, Academic management and other student/ faculty related matters.
f. The Pro-Rector shall provide leadership to the College core functions of academics, administration, research and resource mobilization for strategic operations and development activities. 9. The applicant must not be more than 55 years of age on the last date of submitting the application.
2. Director Academics / Research
a. M.Phil / PhD from an HEC recognized University.
b. Teaching experience of 8 years or more.
c. Minimum 5 years experience of academic management, knowledge, management, academic planning. HRM, Research & Quality Assurance.
d. Minimum 5 research publications in HEC recognized journals.
e. The applicant must have professional standing supported by research, publications and an effective administrative governance record.
f. The applicant is expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of higher education issues including pedagogy, quality assurance, research, academics and development.
g. The applicant must not be more than 50 years of age on the last date of submitting the application.
3. Project Director
a. M.Phil / Masters from an HEC recognized University. (Preferably in Management Sciences)
b. Teaching or Management experience of 5 years or more.
c. Minimum 5 years experience of academic management. knowledge management, project management, strategic planning, HRM, & Quality Assurance.
d. Must have knowledge of HEC & PHEC Policies of academics. HR, Quality Assurance, & Academic management.
e. The applicant must have professional standing supported by an effective administrative governance record.
f. The applicant must not be more than 45 years of age on the last date of submitting the application.
