1. Purpose of the Service

EduJobs Pakistan is a platform that shares job information and facilitates connections between candidates and educational institutions in Pakistan. We are a job-information & facilitation platform — not an employer, recruitment agency, or guarantor of employment.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and that you meet any required eligibility criteria for roles you apply to.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering a profile. This includes contact details, education, qualifications, and experience.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or removal from the Candidate Pool and may be reported to the relevant institutions.
• You are responsible for keeping your profile and uploaded documents updated.

4. Data Sharing & Consent

By registering in the Candidate Pool you give consent for EduJobs Pakistan to share your profile and uploaded documents with verified educational institutions and recruiters for recruitment purposes. We will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.

5. Use of the Platform

• EduJobs Pakistan provides information about job openings and helps match candidates with institutions. You remain solely responsible for decisions to apply, accept interviews, or accept employment offers.
• We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.
• Unauthorised use, scraping, copying, republishing, or distribution of content from the site is prohibited.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Listing or sharing your profile does not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions, salaries, benefits, and working conditions are determined solely by the hiring institution.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action:

• Submitting fraudulent or misleading profiles or documents.
• Using the Service for harassment, spam, or unlawful activities.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or restricted areas of the site.

8. Removal & Suspension

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any profile or content that violates these Terms or which we reasonably consider inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the EduJobs Pakistan website (text, logos, images) is owned or licensed by us. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduJobs Pakistan (and its owners, employees, and partners) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to hiring outcomes, disputes, loss of data, or reliance on information provided through the platform.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold EduJobs Pakistan harmless from any claim, demand, liability, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Effective Date". Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
